Caffeine
I know you’re supposed to limit your caffeine intake when pregnant but what is the reasoning behind this and is it a big deal if you don’t cut it out?
I’m not a massive caffeine drinker in the slightest, only have occasional cups of tea but I’ve switched that to decaf with no problems. However, I do like fizzy drinks on a more regular basis and obviously there’s very few that have zero caffeine. Why is caffeine such a big issue during pregnancy?
