Gym routines 2nd trimester

Hello. Just seen this group so bare with me. I just entered my 2nd trimester and I'm looking to start back the gym so getting my body back in shape won't be as hard for after birth and was wondering if you lovely ladies has any good routines or machines I could use at all. I will also be breast feeding so I know that helps. 
Any tips and comments welcome ladies. :) 
Not been to the gym in a wee while.
Just starting my healthy eating again but hate veg so things like rice chicken cous cous helps me :)
