Any overweight ladies count calories while pregnant?
Obviously not limiting myself to like 1600 but mainly keeping track of it and making sure you aren’t going crazy? I was thinking between 2,000-2,500 for a wide range since I also workout. I won’t let myself go super hungry bc I’m pregnant but I just wanted to get anyone else’s opinion and advice!! I start seeing a nutritionist next week so hopefully that helps. I am about 60 pounds overweight.
