I got my piercing the 26th of December so it’s been 6 days today

and I’m so paranoid that it’ll get infected or I’ll end up getting keloids I have been doing my sea salt soaks for 10 mins morning and night it was getting itchy and sometimes I would get a throb of pain so today I notice something so I got my camera and zoomed in and I I saw this

Is this normal? How do I clean it without moving my piercing around 😫

I got some soapy water and q tips and had to move it and squeeze in there around and just deal with some pain to clean it but I know it’s not fully cleaned and the other “puncture wounds” are dirty too. How do I know if it’s healing vs infected and how can I keep it clean without moving my piercing around😬??
