Congestion Help Please :)
My congestion has been terrible the last few weeks... Nose completely stopped up, awful headaches, all around blah! Does anyone have any tips or ways to help please?
Afrin works, directed by my doctor, but I don't feel comfortable taking it and I am way past my 3 day limit. I have also tried Flonase and it did nothing.
I have tried a facial steamer, saline spray, netti-pot, drinking hot liquids, hot showers... And my head/still feels ready to explode!
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!
