I didn't use one for baby no. 1 but this time around I've been a lot more achy. A friend recommended a pharmedoc pillow and I love it! Plus it's super affordable.

I used a snoogle with my first pregnancy. 
This time I had low back pain and used my snoogle and hated it. I ended up just getting some biofreeze to spray on my back and putting a pillow in between my legs. Nice and comfy 😎
