Perfect makeup for my skin tone?

My sisters wear foundations so much lighter than the hands and I always avoid them putting makeup on me cos it looks weird. And they use the sacha and banana bye powder and it makes their skin tone even lighter.

I want to look caramely like my skin tone and not white. I have very bad discolouration on my face too and powders make it look even more ashy.

I want a good foundation, concealer and powder for my skin tone. My hand is also darker than my face :(
