Affordable Good Quality Make Up

So, I’m looking for advice on affordable good quality make up.

I have issues with the ones I wear-

Liquid & Powder Foundation- Looks oily by the end of the day if it hasn’t came off by then.

Concealer- I don’t wear it often, but when I do it gets creases

Blush- i don’t have many problems out of it but I don’t think it blends well, may be the brush I use

Highlighter- don’t wear this often and don’t have really any problems out of it, but I’d like it to be more highlighty lol

Eye shadow- my eyes water CONSTANTLY, but mostly when I wear eye shadow so good chance this is the problem

Eyeliner- I would love to do winged eye liner, but like I said my eyes water constantly

Mascara- I love mine, but open to a bigger lashes look lol

*my makeup I already buy is not the cheapest, but far from expensive. I don’t want to break the bank, but I wouldn’t mind putting out a little extra money for better quality. I just don’t know where to start 🤷🏼‍♀️
