None of these things. The hardest things are how your brain is constantly thinking of your child. The constant sense of responsibility. It’s what happens in your brain that is challenging and forever different. It’s not hard to do these things, but it is challenging and exhausting.
I’d also add that you don’t get a sick day from being a parent, especially if you’re breastfeeding.

The worst/scariest part was realizing we are entirely responsible for raising this tiny little human into a responsible, productive, kind, tough, loving, humorous, and intelligent human who is capable of living his life well/happily. But I'll go with breastfeeding. It takes a lot of work and patience. Totally worth it!

Pregnancy and the delivery are a close tie for me.

For me it was the postpartum pain and recovery from delivery. Pregnancy was fun, delivery was terrifying but easy, and I didn’t feel that sleep deprived. But the not being able to sit and walk like a human for weeks after delivery took a toll on me, sucked physically obviously, but it was exhausting mentally too because I had to take breaks from caring for my baby because I needed to lay down and let my sore and swollen bottom rest, sitting and feeding him/holding him could get so painful, it made me feel like a crap parent for a while.

I accidentally hit sleep deprivation but meant the poll option. For me it was actually never having the bed to ourselves again

Definitely ttc. It took me two years and two miscarriages to get my baby girl. 
Labor was fantastic. Best experience ever. 
Breastfeeding was difficult for the first little bit but again everything is going great.
And luckily the first month she only woke up every 4 hours then after that she slept all night.
