I’m not sure about this particular mucinex, I know the plane is safe, but it did decrease my supply a TON, so if you do take any decongestants, just be prepared for a huge drop in your supply. My OB actually recommends taking a small amount of decongestant when you are trying to dry up your supply

I have the same thing minus the fever right now. One thing that has helped a lot is a nasal rinse or Neti pot. It’s weird feeling but you basically spray salt water rinse in your nose and all the mucus and junk gets washed out. I do it once morning and night and it’s made a huge difference for me.
If you decide to try it, I’d recommend leaving the water in the sink running and washing it down. Being sick makes for a lot of gross stuff to come out!
That, Vick’s, hot showers, warm drinks and an EmergenC each day helped me a lot. And all nursing friendly, other than some resources say to not use vicks on baby so I always make sure I nurse and then put it on. Other people say it’s fine for baby-so whatever you are comfortable with.
