Help with weight

I have no motivation to try anymore.

I have noooo idea how to fix my motivation issue, aside from the fact I'm going into this alone.

I really want to lose 20-30lbs and get back in the 150lb-140lb area again. I'm 5'2 and 175lbs. My legs are most of that weight, I can leg press 600lbs and bench 150lbs. I want to stay strong but I really want to lose some hip and some fat in my oblique area, along with having my thighs grow smaller and butt get a little bigger.

I've trimmed down on my boredom eating.

SWORKIT hasn't helped that much because I've done so many squats and it made my thighs bigger :/
