3 Hours of Sleep?!
So I was feeling exhausted earlier than usual (Around 7:45) and I ended up falling asleep. I woke up feeling refreshed and well-rested, but I checked the clock and it was only 11pm. I'm sure that can't be a healthy amount of sleep esp. since it's so little and not through the night. I have to work from 4pm-10pm and I know I'll feel exhausted if I'm up for nearly 24 hours before getting home and going back to bed. Besides tons of coffee, what can I do?
