Diarrhea after sex?

I hung out with this guy I’ve been talking to last night (Jan 1st) and we had sex. It was extremely painful, I bled (wasn’t the first time I’ve had sex either) and he wore protection but today (Jan 2nd) I’ve had excruciating cramps and diarrhea all day. Help??

That’s actually happened to me before, and it was weird because it felt like it was hitting my intensities (yes lol. that big). But after going to the doctor (just a check up), they realized i was constipated and having sex would hurt. So after that, my muscles tightening and relaxing i got diarrhea. Especially after doggy style.

I feel like I’m having the same kind of thing - more with the cramps a few days after having sex, did you find out what was happening / was everything okay?

If you used a condom it could be a reaction to that. One time with my ex we used a fire and ice condom and 2 min in I felt pain and then my stomach starting cramping really bad and I literally jumped off his dick and ran to the bathroom. I had really bad diarrhea and the cramps and bathroom trips that lasted most of the day 😅

Yep I've had this happen, I have IBS sometimes any kind of stimulation will cause this, also it could be hormone related. I get stomach issues right after ovulation and my period and sometimes randomly.

Could be a UTI or BV. Could also just be trapped air from the sex that upset your stomach and caused the diarrhea, and the blood could be from a vaginal tear caused by rough sex. Use lube even if you get real wet. Lube can help decrease the chances of fissures or tears. But go to the doctor and get a professional opinion.
