Vaginal pimples

So I just found a bump on the inner lips of my labia minora and it was really painful and was bothering me so much so I went to look at it in a mirror and it turned out to be a pimple and I tried squeezing it and white stuff oozed out it looked like pimple juice. I’ve also been having white discharge and lately my pu$$y has been having a smell and painful urination but I finished the antibiotics from my UTI recently and I’m not sexually active idk what’s going on never had this happen to me before
