I want to ask about emergency morning after pills

First st all i had sex it was my last day of period 6th day of cycle

My cycle 28 days according to application my ovulation 14 th day of cycle

He didn't cum it's only Precum without penetration only his penis touched my vagina or during fingering I don't know I found some secretions on top of my vagina

Can pregnancy occur with this circumstances Iam afraid that a sperm could enter my vagina to causes pregnancy

Note I got emergency pills within 12 hours and now I have bleeding every day after

I know I asked before but really worried that I did thjs mistake with with person and if anything happened he won't be committed so I am afraid and I have panic regarding to be pregnant
