Can someone with Asperger’s and Borderline Personality Disorder have a long term relationship?

I have both ASD and BPD, and I’m wondering if my new relationship will last, or if I will end up cheating, get bored or shut down... opinions? (honest ones please) x

I have Aspergers and suspected BPD and while every relationship (until this one) hasn’t succeeded... they all taught me valuable lessons about myself and love. And that despite my mental health and asperger diagnosis; I am still worthy of love and respect, amongst other things a good relationship needs. 
Besides, there are so many people without any mental health condition that still have trouble finding the “one”, sometimes for a year or two after starting looking, sometimes even longer. Most the time relationships fall apart because it just wasn’t right anymore. That can be said for people with AND without conditions.
Also, try not to let your labels define how you’ll be or think you’ll be when you’re in a relationship. You may have these diagnoses but you are still a human, you can still feel love or at least affection for another. Let that come first, not the labels. Thinking that way really helps me.

Hey! I was diagnosed with both. I think I was misdiagnosed with the aspergers since it is common. I’ve been in a few steady relationships, my current one going on 2 years with a baby on the way. There’s hope! It just depends on you to take charge and get the help you need plus make the right choices no matter the impulses.

I have BPD, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and traits of histrionic and antisocial. 
Trust me girl. If a man can keep up with my literally crazy ass, then there’s no problem for you. 
But in all seriousness, yes. If you find somebody who truly loves you, then they will be there to support you no matter what kind of ups and downs you go through. 
I don’t know what it’s like to have Aspergers, but I do definitely understand BPD. It truly helps to know that even during my downs, he will always be there. He may not understand what I’m feeling, but he does understand that I need love and support. I’ve had a lot of crummy relationships in the past before I met my husband. 
 
Hang in there. It’ll be worth it when you meet your forever love :)

My SO has asburgers and I have personally disorders and we’ve been together over a year and we’re still going strong. Anyone is capable of love and long term if they can find the right person xx
