Cat poop

I’m staying with my parents temporarily while waiting to close on my new house.

Well my mom let the cat in for the night because its cold and put the litter box in the laundry room... which is right underneath the bonus room I am staying in.

I woke up at 5:00am to the most intense smell of cat poop I have ever smelled. It has been an hour and the smell is still so strong I’m not completely convinced the cat didn’t magic it’s way into my room and pooped somewhere.
