Please HELLLPPPP

So I haven't had a period since birth. At all. No spotting nothing. Well my daughter will be 7mo in 8 days and I am spotting. It's super light red (pinkish with hints of darker red but not dark red) if that makes sense.. anyway I just had like one super cramp last night and it was hurting for about 45sec-1min. I woke up this morning to the spotting. Is this my period coming back or could I be pregnant?! And if I am (pregnant) when should I be able to get a positive test let's say if I had implantation happen like 2am last night
