Acne on my BACK 😭😭

I gwt really anxious and i get really self cautious abt this.. but i get really bad acne on my back and chest sometimes (ok most times oh dont forget shoulders!!!!)

Idk what to do 😭

Does anyone get acne on their back or chest pr shoulders....

Or know how to get rid of it😭😭😭😭

I also have alot of scarring from the previous bacne i had so if anyone can suggest ways to remove those plzz let me know ❤️
