To start off, I’m VERY surprised this hasn’t been posted about yet. So here’s what happened.

Logan Paul and his friends recently went to a suicide forest in Japan and filmed their experience.

At one point, they came across a dead body hanging from a tree, and filmed it, blurring out the body.

They filmed their reactions as well, STILL in the middle of this forest by the body, which consisted of surprised looks (obviously), and disgustingly enough, laughing.

He edited the footage and uploaded it to YouTube, receiving MAJOR criticism.

He ended up taking it down and issued an apology, both digitally-written and in a video. Here is the written apology:

While some people are taking this situation INCREDIBLY serious and absolutely giving it to Paul for his actions,

others are defending him, saying he’s young (only 22), and made a mistake, that the laughing was just his wake of coping and he didn’t know what he was doing was wrong:

Shockingly enough, out of his 15m subscribers, he’s only lost 3k so far.

So what are your thoughts? Was what he did unforgivable, or should it be excused because everyone makes mistakes and he didn’t truly know what he was doing?
