Have I conceived?

I’ve had sex everyday since my last period, periods not due for 12 days but feel so different nauseas, sore boobs, constantly tired, moods up and down, bloated, cramps and been constipated but I know it’s very early just wondering if anyone felt this when they were pregnant? Thankyou

Implantation doesn’t usually happen for 9-14 or so days after ovulation so it’s probably too early for you to have pregnancy symptoms unless you ovulated early. Do you know how many days post ovulation you are?
