Ultrasound 5 weeks help!!

Hi guys, just had my first ultrasoundnd today! I think I’m around 5 weeks 4 days (conception date was 7 December). My doctor said it’s too early to Tell how far i am. Which i found weird?? Also is it me or can You see a small foetus developing on the bottom right? Super stressed that everything is going to go well!!
