Pregnancy and Mirena

Something has been feeling off the last couple weeks. I have been bleeding off and on.. very light I might add and this is a first for me with the Mirena. I've had it about a year and a half. Haven't taken a pregnancy test as I thought I wasn't pregnant because of the IUD. I am having tender breasts, cramps, bloating and very very tired. Has anyone else felt like this with the Mirena? Were you pregnant?
