Weird period

So my periods are either on the day my ap says or a day after but weirdly on the 16th December I started to have really light on n off bleeding I just figured af is starting n thought nothing more, over night there was no bleeding but as soon we i peed there was light blood when I wiped, this happened on n off over 4 days n then on the 20th December I had really heavy flow same again the next day but then it stopped. I figured ok weird considering the ap said I wasn’t due to start til the 23rd December. I kind of brushed it off as a period but then things started happening... I’m fatigued all the time, dizzy, feeling sick, sore breasts. Was this a period or could it be something more???
