So confused

6 months ttc and ever since we started I spot brown before af. I also have a short luteal phase 9-11 days. I get positive opks and sore boob and cramps around ovulation. I think I might have low progesterone. Is it possible the sperm and egg are meeting every time but are unable to implant? I have an appt June 2 with my Gyno but I am so confused
