Mylanta and pregnancy?

Question

I know that Maalox is considered safe during pregnancy but has anyone taken Mylanta for heartburn?  I couldn’t find Maalox anywhere so my husband bought Mylanta assuming it is similar. All I know is that I need relief from this reflux!

Mylanta is a class c, so it’s only recommended if absolutely necessary. I would try baking soda water first.
