Help please....

I just went into the bathroom, and when I wiped I had some blood on the toilet paper... Not a whole lot. Light in color, but enough to make me worried. This is my 2nd pregnancy and I never had spotting or anything with my first pregnancy. My husband and I did fool around and have sex earlier today. And he said he thought he saw a little on him afterwards but wasn't sure. He thinks it might be from him catching my with his nail, when we were fooling around.

Any support or advice would be greatly appreciated.
