Tips for AF sadness?
Anyone have any good advice or tips for unwelcome AF? I'm due 10/1 and usually, my symptoms of PMS would start around 5 days pre-period. My moods would get very low anyway around this time and I get super sensitive, but now that I'm actively trying for a baby I'm so scared that once I feel these symptoms kick in I'll know AF is coming and I'll get really upset and down.
Last month I sobbed the whole first day of my period and my poor boyfriend didn't know what to do because I didn't want to do anything or speak to anyone.
Help and guidance needed!
