IUD PERFORATION? Signs & symptoms

What were, if any, signs & symptoms of a misplaced IUD? Or a IUD perforation?

I had one place in early September 2017, all was good until month 3. That’s when I started having trouble,

A sharp pain in my lower right abdomen/ groin that is made worse by movement and constant bleeding.

Every where I’ve looked. Irregular bleeding is

the norm for up to 6 months, I don’t think that 45 days of continuous bleeding is what they mean
