Had my first ultrasound last week. Tech sounded concerned when she switched to the color option on the ultrasound. There was red and blue in the uterus around the gestational sac (which had yolk sack and embryo measured 6 weeks) but no red and blue on the embryo (normal or abnormal?). Tech asked me if I had any bleeding or cramps. Is this normal???? Should I be concerned? She didn’t go into much detail. I have a second ultrasound next week and I have not had bleeding or cramping at all
