I just constantly feel like crap
I'm pretty sure I'm not pregnant since my SO and I broke up in October and I haven't had sex since then, and I've had all normal periods, but I'm wondering if there's any STIs that make you just always feel sick, instead of visual symptoms, like rashes or infections, it's just how I feel, my body looks normal.
