Help with Weight Loss

Hi ladies!

I know I need to eat better and work out to lose weight, but I've been struggling with it so much for about a year now.

I'm 5'4" and about 210 pounds...the majority of my fluffiness is in my stomach. :)

My goal is to be at 130 by 2019.

Any advice is helpful!!

On a side note...does anyone know if it's better to do cardio or lift weights to lose weight?
