Okay so not to long ago me and my boyfriend had really rough sex and i got a perineal tear which i didn’t know about until after a few day when it started getting infected. I started using witch hazle, antibiotic cream, peeing in a different position so it doesn’t burn when i pee, and 1 shower plus bird baths after every time i peed. Well that helped it heal a little bit i didn’t have pain i could finally sit again and i didn’t have swelling down there anymore, however my period has came early and my tear isn’t fully healed and the pads I’m wearing are irritating down there and it’s

making it painful all over again. I still try to do my same routine but every time i put the antibiotics on it it just rubs off onto the pad and i read that i couldn’t wear tampons because it can make the tear open again or even more infection but i just need help. What should i do??! I can’t keep dealing with this pain i want it to heal plz help...🙁
