What is this pain?

I have had this horrible pain for 4 days now I finally gave in and went to the er and they couldn't find anything wrong but it feels like I'm having contractions and opening up and no I'm not pregnant I've had problems with cyst on my ovaries usually around my period but this is different its been almost 2 weeks since I had my period and it will not go away I don't know what it could be and the Dr said everything looked good but my white blood count was high but he couldn't find any infection. Has anyone else ever experienced anything like this?
