I am so ashamed to even say this. :( I just got certified as a personal trainer and I'm struggling in my pregnancy. I've always been a bigger girl, but I've been active and ate 80/20 (clean 80% of the time) since about 6 weeks (I am 15 weeks now), any form of chicken has repulsed me. fried, baked, grilled. anything. Turkey is okay but I have to force it. the only thing I had for sure was eggs. But baby has now decided it doesn't like eggs...as in it just comes back up. the only thing I can stand is beef, and that's just sometimes. I do keep protein powders on hand and eat fat free dairy products but I know it's not enough. I've lost lean muscle mass and increased body fat. :( I worked so hard before pregnancy and I had all these ideas about how I was going to stay with it during pregnancy. Any mamas have this problem??
