I don't know how to get rid of my lower stomach I can get my top abs but not a flat lowers stomach...does anyone know any good exercise for lower stomach

Just FYI, you cannot target where you lose fat from your body. You can always spot enhance, but not spot reduce. Just make sure you’re eating mostly Whole Foods while being in a caloric deficit, and lift weights!
