This is my 2nd round on letrozole (actively TTC). This cycle AF showed on 12/13 & ended 12/19. I took 2.5 mg CD 3-7 & believe I O'd on CD 17 which was the 29th. CD 18 I started spotting mid afternoon mostly pink sometimes red & alot of brown since then. At 1st, I thought I could've just O'd early & it could be implantation but I had no way to be sure b/c I don't temp or use opk's. I unfortunately couldn't talk to any nurses from my dr's office due to New year's holiday so had to wait for the day of my blood draw. I went to my appt. yesterday & was told it was mid cycle/O spotting but it hasn't stopped & I think it's getting heavier. my blood work came back & my progesterone was at 4.5. The nurse told me that I had to just O a few days ago so the spotting is not my period & it should subside on its own in a few days. I'm worrying b/c I thought progesterone was supposed to rise after ovulation & my levels seem too low for CD 21. I have no symptoms of anything except ovary twinges I'm still getting. AF is supposed to come on the 13th but I feel like I'm already out b/c this won't stop. Im getting really frustrated b/c I thought that this cycle would be IT !! Has anyone else experienced this with letrozole or femara? Please share some stories as I could use a little encouragement... Thanks!!
