Transabdominal Cerclage

Have any of you ladies had this procedure done? Ik it's not really common but I thought I would get some advice from experienced ladies. I am 21, and have had 2 preterm birth that led to me losing me two girls. I just had the cerclage placed in April and was given the green light to conceive when we were ready. I just have a few questions. Ik this is a shot in the dark but please comment if you can. TIA!
