RH Sensitization

This is my second pregnancy and I just heard from my doctor saying that due to my husbands RH positive blood in my baby I am now RH positive, so my antibodies are trying to attack my unborn baby. Please give me any advice or stories that you have from your experiences with this. I of course looked online and saw all the worse case scenarios so now i am nervous as heck and my appointment isn’t until February 19th, which i guess is a good thing if they are having my wait another month and a half.
