Unable to do 12 week nuchal screening :( anyone else?

So it looks likely we have one very stubborn nugget on our hands!

Went in for my 12 wk nuchal screening scan, and baby was facing the wrong way and the picture just wasn't clear. The tech had me drink cold water, walk, jump, etc., and when she rescanned, baby was standing on its head 😂

As much as I loved seeing baby, it was really disappointing that the tech couldn't get the neck measurement- now my only option is to get the quad blood test at 15 weeks on the NHS. Has anyone else had this happen? I asked her if it was as accurate and she assured me it was, but I'm really concerned. All is still looking well, heartbeat and head size on track, 13 weeks today.
