Quick Question

I have been on depo for 9 years. I recently got off last month. So I haven't had a shot since summer. My doctor has me taking prenatal pills, and women's vitamins. The last date to get my shot was December 5th. On December 14th and 15th I was bleeding and cramping so bad. On December 24th I'm assuming I got my period. It lasted nine days. Just long enough for me to have sex last night. But just right now I started cramping really bad. And now I'm back bleeding. My periods have always been heavy and painful. So painful to where I'm always balled up and moaning damn near crying. This is the biggest blood clot I've ever had. Is this normal? Any suggestions on what I can take to help ease my pain?
