Hey Everyone.

So I’m in college and I really do love my apartment first time because have my own place!

But sadly, The guy above me has a dog who runs around upstairs all day, barks, and it makes a rattling/banging sound in his cage. This guy also plays loud trap music through out the day and sometimes at night.

Sometimes I really just want to come to my apartment to relax with no sound at all. I have to write essays and study and prefer no sounds so i can think. For these same reasons I decided to pay extra to live by myself.

I don’t know what to do anymore Ive already gone upstairs and asked him to keep the noise down. But it restarted again after a week. What do I do?
