Focal Myometrial Contractions

Hi Ladies, need your help on this. Fortunately, the sub chorionic hemorrhage disappeared.However, i had mild cramps after fasting for my OGTT exam this morning. Had an ultrasound and OB said i have contractions. Was advised to observe if it worsens I might need to be admitted in the hospital. I am now on complete bed rest and is on Duphaston. Baby was dancing during ultrasound. Heart beat was at 167 bpm. I am at 10 weeks and 3 days. Should i be worried? Any one who experienced the same thing? this is my first baby after waiting for 6 years. Appreciate your time and advice.Thank you
