Original Otai drink recipe / Calling all my Hawaiians mommas on here ❤️

Last year I went to a Hawaiian festival and I was introduced to a drink call Otai I was amazed by the drink and it’s texture it was honestly such a enjoyable drink.

I been trying to search for the original recipe online but I get so many different options I’m not sure which one is the right recipe can anyone help me please....

I found a watermelon recipe but I remember the drink I had mango pineapple and coconut I’m just not sure of the rest.
