Help!?

So I’m going to the doc on Friday but I just wanted to ask around if someone knew what could be wrong lol I get extremely paranoid when somethings off with my body. I got off my period last week and while on it I started feeling pain and a urge to pee all the time. It lasted a day then came back on Monday. On Monday I noticed I bled but it was a light pink and it was only after I wiped that I noticed it. But again I kept getting a urge to pee and a tingling feeling. I do have discharge that I noticed yesterday but it didn’t have a smell or anything. I’m thinking it’s a uti? But I’m not sure. Does anyone know what it could be ?
