I think I got good news??? Help?!

I just had my ultrasound today to check my follicles after my first round of Clomid (50mg)! I had two follicles! One on the right side that measured in at 20.1 and one on the left that measured in at 21.5! My doctor seemed very pleased and said it was better than she expected (I’m not sure why, I ovulate in my own and we have no medical reason as to why I haven’t gotten pregnant yet). She said a higher risk for twins! Are these measurements decent sized?? I’m excited but not wanting to get my hopes up. Any experiences?! Knowledge?! Advice?!
