What if you have sharp pains in your stomach after ovulation?!

After my ovulation ended i been getting some sharp pains in my stomach every here and there throughout the day.....i just want to know what it means

I thought I was going to cry when I finally ovulated for the first time after coming off the pill. It lasted about two days, it should pass :)
