Slight mustache

So I have a very very light mustache on each side of my mouth. My brother just the other day pointed it out and he said it’s the first time hes seen it, but I’ve known it was there for years, just thought only I could see it. So I plucked most of it away (ouch) and then I checked and he said it was gone.

My question is, she I shave or wax it or keeping plucking it? I don’t want it to come back more noticeable.
