New to BBT
Hey guys! I’m new to the whole tracking my temperature thing and I was wondering if you guys could help. When am I all clear to have sex? Do I have to wait until after I’ve ovulated? Do you guys just go based off of the percentage that the app gives you?? Help!!!! I’m v confused and I want to know exactly what I’m getting myself into.
