Hey ladies, I have no idea where I am in my cycle I have been so irregular but I know somewhere between 6-9 dpo, this month I've relaxed and avoided symptom spotting but even my coworker asked if I was pregnant when explaining to her what happend. I woke up this morning around 5 and experienced my FIRST hot flash ever I got so scared I was sick but it passed in minutes and its happend a few more times today. Has this happend to anyone else?

this has ALWAYS been a sign of pregnancy for me.

I didn't exactly have hot flashes, but when I was pregnant with my son I used to go back and forth from hot to cold and vice versa lol. I can't remember exactly when it was going on but definitely in the first trimester.

This happened to me last month! it was 10pm and I went to sleep and at 2-3am I woke up and i was burning hot!! I took of my pjs and I asked my boyfriend if it was hot and he said no that its cold. It was around 65-70 degrees in my house I thought I was gonna wake up with a fever that morning but I felt normal after. I was tripping out I felt my temperate rise soooo fast out of no where.
